Administrative Manager II
OUESS Unit: Academic Success and Advising
The Administrative Manager II will supervise and coordinate administrative services within Academic Success and Advising (ASA). This position will coordinate primary administrative support for the Executive Director, manage employee search processes in conjunction with ASA and OUESS staff, oversee employee onboarding and off boarding processes, and plan ASA events.

Development Associate
OUESS Unit: Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and Student Success
The Development Associate will support the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success and the Office of Development with donor outreach and interactions. This position will assist with the planning and promotion of fundraising efforts, interact directly with donors and potential donors, and maintain record keeping and reporting.
