Andrea Comsa

Andrea Comsa oversees employer services and partnership development for the Georgia Tech Career Center. She provides strategic and tactical leadership across Career Center teams and the Institute to maximize co-op, internship, and post-graduate employment opportunities for students.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Science in Administration, and Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University. She earned Georgia Tech’s Leadership in Action Award in 2025 and is pursuing an eCornell certificate in the psychology of leadership. Andrea has also earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Andrea began her career at Georgia Southwestern State University and Macon State College before joining Georgia Tech in 2006. In her 17 years at Tech, she has held roles including career specialist, associate director for Employer Relations, senior director of Operations and Outreach, senior director of Career Education, and interim executive director of the Career Center. She also served as director of Outreach and Assessment and took on leadership positions with SHRM-Atlanta and the Georgia Association of Colleges and Employers.
