Jo Beth Cup

Jo Beth is responsible for overseeing key programs (administrative operations, communications, marketing, analytics, and strategic planning) and initiatives for the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success (OUESS) and on behalf of the vice provost for Undergraduate Education and Student Success (VPUESS).

With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Central College and a Master of Science in Management from National Louis University, Jo Beth has spent the bulk of her 30+ year career supporting strategic initiatives, organizational development and growth, and accreditation and authorization relationships.

Jo Beth joined Georgia Tech in 2023 as senior director of Strategic Initiatives and Operations, and assumed the role of associate vice provost for Undergraduate Operations in 2025. Her career reflects a sustained commitment to advancing institutional effectiveness and student-centered outcomes.
