Program & Operations Manager Sr.
As the senior program and operations manager for Innovation and Research in the Office of Student Achievement (OSA), Nyeelah Matthews leads cross-functional projects that use data-informed strategies and research-driven practices to strengthen retention and academic progress for transfer, second-year, and continuing students at Georgia Tech.
Nyeelah holds a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College. She has completed multiple leadership and professional development programs, including the Aspire Leadership Institute and the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success’ (OUESS) 1-2-3 Ambassador Program.
